Our products are manufactured in China.
Packages will be shipped from China to the final destination.
Estimated shipping time for most orders is 4–6 weeks.
Estimated shipping time to European countries is 8–10 weeks.
We do our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes. However, some orders may take longer due to reduced warehouse capacity or carrier delays. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please feel free to contact our customer service team if you have any questions.
We, or our delivery partners, will notify you of reasonable changes to the estimated delivery time when events outside our control delay or prevent delivery from taking place as originally planned.
Delivery is considered completed once the products are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
If we are unable to deliver your products within 90 days, we will:
a) notify you;
b) cancel your order; and
c) issue a refund.
Although we will try our best to meet delivery expectations, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Once the parcel leaves our facility, delivery is fully managed by the courier service.
We recommend placing orders well in advance for time-sensitive projects.
If an order does not arrive by a specific date, we are unable to issue a refund while the parcel is still in transit. The order must be returned to us before a refund can be processed.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
We cannot guarantee successful address changes after an order has been placed. If an address change is required, carriers such as EMS or other postal services may charge an address correction fee. If the new address is significantly different, additional redelivery charges may also apply.
If we contact the carrier on your behalf to request a change, any related fees will be charged to the customer. If you make the change directly with the carrier and we are billed, we will pass the cost on to you at actual cost. We appreciate your understanding.
If no signature is required, the carrier may leave the package at the delivery location based on their own assessment of safety.
If a signature is required and delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may leave a notice with further instructions. Please refer to your tracking information for updates.
If a package is returned due to loss, theft, or failed delivery, we will arrange reshipment.
Reshipping is a paid service, and shipping costs will be charged based on package size and weight.
If the item is confirmed damaged or lost during transit, we will provide a replacement at no additional product cost.
If a package is marked as “delivered” but cannot be found, it may still be in transit or delivered nearby. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for possible delayed updates.
If the package is still missing, please contact the carrier to request a trace investigation. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, a trace must be requested within 7 days of delivery status update.
If you are unable to receive the package, please contact your local postal service or courier company.
Carriers may attempt delivery once. If delivery fails (e.g. no signature, incorrect address, or no recipient available), the package may be held at a local facility before being returned to us. In such cases, return shipping fees charged by the carrier may apply.
